Our Staff - Jennifer Scott

I was born in Drayton Valley but have lived in central Alberta for most of my life. I graduated from Lindsay Thurber Comprehensive High School in Red Deer and attended the University of Lethbridge. In 2001, I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Education degree where I majored in Sciences and Social Studies with a minor in CTS. In my short career I have taught at Rocky View Virtual School and Ecole Airdrie Middle School, teaching a wide variety of subjects including: General Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Social Studies, Language Arts, Mathematics, CTS options, Health and a Newspaper option.

I am married and have a one year old daughter who keeps my on my toes. I enjoy most outdoor activities, I love traveling, music, playing the saxophone and I am a movie fanatic.

I am excited about the wonderful opportunities that learning online can bring and look forward to sharing them with you.
